We offer several select low down-time skin rejuvenating treatments. These include PRP/PRF microneedling and injections, medium-depth and light chemical peels, as well as the DiamondGlow facial. These are known to stimulate collagen and elastin, help improve fine lines and wrinkles, as well as treat acne scars and uneven skin pigment and sun damage.

MICRONEEDLING

KNOWN AS COLLAGEN INDUCTION THERAPY
This amazing treatment involves the use of a specialized microneedling device (Skinpen) which stimulates collagen and elastin. The device delivers thousands of microchannels into your skin. Your skin will appear plumper and younger looking. Another benefit of this treatment is that it allows special topical serums including PRP (platelet rich plasma) and PRF (platelet rich fibrin) to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin increasing its effectiveness and enhancing your results. The procedure has very little down-time and through the use of topical numbing medication, it is essentially painless for many.

PRP/PRF Injections and Microneedling

People are increasingly interested in more natural methods to combat aging or skin care concerns. Fortunately, there are exciting new options available in how we address these issues. Through the use of our body’s own growth factors found within our blood, we can now incorporate this regenerative potential into our skin treatments. You may already be familiar with the blood facial or “Vampire Facial” which utilizes PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

PRF (Platelet-rich fibrin) has been referred to as the new generation Platelet-rich plasma (PRP). PRF also utilizes your own blood. It is simply processed differently. Its processing allows for the formation of fibrin which acts as a matrix for a longer release of growth factors which may better support tissue healing in certain applications. PRF preparation contains platelets, leukocytes (white blood cells), and some mesenchymal stem cells. PRF and PRP use and research are growing as results are exciting and have shown great promise. Successful treatments have been observed both through injections and topically through microneedling.

chemical peels

Chemical peels are great rejuvenation treatments for improving fine lines and wrinkles, acne, sun and age spots and other hyperpigmentation problems including melasma.  We offer several peels including the VI Peel Precision Plus which is perfect for ethnic skin.  VI Peels are one of our favorites!  They are nearly PAINLESS, moderate depth peels containing a combination of ingredients including TCA, Tretinoic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Phenol, Vitamin C and a mineral blend. The peeling process often resolves within 2-3 days revealing fresh, clear, smooth, glowing skin. We also offer Obagi Blue Radiance light chemical peel which is great as a "lunchtime" peel with no downtime.
